Horine Conference Center 12408 Holsclaw Hill Rd, Louisville, KY, United StatesThat’s right, it’s a late summer tree ID hike, with a focus on demystifying the mighty oaks! Participants will be taking a look at the trees of JMF and learning the tools to differentiate the more than 15(!) different species of oak present in our forest. All levels of arboreal and botanical wisdom are welcome (though the target will be those who have less experience)! This is a guided hike. Program will meet in the main parking lot of the Horine Reservation.
